Booking:
Basic tour closes for booking at 22:00 the day before departure and there is no age limit.

Cancellation policy:
If cancelled within 3 days before departure (72 hours) 95% of the costs will be refunded. Any cancellations less than 72 hours before departure will not be refunded.

Your tickets:
You will receive an email confirmation automatically.
Soon after you will receive a new mail from Norway Active with your tickets attached as pdf. In that email you will also get a reference number for the train tickets. Use that reference number and collect the train tickets at the ticket machine or at the ticket office at the train station.
